Refund Policy

At Sports Pass, we believe in providing a fair and flexible experience. Our refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind when you purchase a membership or book an event through our platform.

Membership Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund on your membership under the following conditions:

  • You have purchased a membership but have not used it to check in to any of our partner clubs.
  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that once a membership has been used for check-in at any of our partner clubs, it is considered active, and no refund will be issued. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your membership details.

Event Refunds

For any events booked through the Sports Pass platform, our refund policy is as follows:

  • If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If you wish to cancel your attendance at an event, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically. For attendee cancellations, please use the cancellation feature in your account on our app to initiate the refund process.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at support@sportspass.com. Include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Your Sports Pass membership ID or event booking reference number.
  • A brief explanation for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
